Welcome to Reinvoice. These terms explain how our invoicing software works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you.
Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account or using Reinvoice secure invoicing software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Who Can Use Reinvoice
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Use Reinvoice for legitimate business purposes only
Your Responsibility For Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documents you create or submit through Reinvoice, including invoices, credit memos, client records, tax settings, payment details, and any other business data you enter into the platform.
What Reinvoice Provides
- Invoice creation: Generate professional, customizable invoices
- Client management: Store and organize customer information
- Tax records and estimates: Tools for tax set-aside planning, tax-ready exports, and related business records
- eSIGN support: Signed invoice workflows for professional client-ready records
- Payment tracking: Monitor invoice status and keep payment records attached
No Professional Advice
Reinvoice is software for invoicing, payment tracking, and business record organization. We are not a CPA firm, tax advisor, accounting firm, or legal advisor. Tax estimates, exports, reminders, invoice verification, and eSIGN features are provided for recordkeeping and workflow support only. You are responsible for reviewing your obligations with qualified professionals.
Payment and Subscription
Free Tier and Paid Plan Trials
Reinvoice offers a permanent Free tier for light usage. Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial on paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, billing begins according to the plan and billing period you select, unless you cancel before the paid plan trial ends.
Paid Plans
- Basic: $3/month or $30/year, subject to the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Starter: $9/month or $89/year, subject to the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Pro: $15/month or $149/year, subject to the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Reinvoice
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before deletion. After deletion, your account data is no longer accessible through the platform, and if you later create a new account using the same personal or business information, you will not regain access to the deleted account data.
