Welcome to Reinvoice. These terms explain how our invoicing software works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you.
Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account or using Reinvoice secure invoicing software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Who Can Use Reinvoice
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Use Reinvoice for legitimate business purposes only
Your Responsibility For Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documents you create or submit through Reinvoice, including invoices, credit memos, client records, tax settings, payment details, and any other business data you enter into the platform.
What Reinvoice Provides
- Invoice creation: Generate professional, customizable invoices
- Client management: Store and organize customer information
- Tax calculations: Automatic sales tax calculations for all 50 US states
- Digital signatures: Cryptographically signed invoices
- Payment tracking: Monitor invoice status
Payment and Subscription
14-Day Free Trial
New users get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to at least the Basic plan ($3/month) to continue using Reinvoice.
Paid Plans
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
- All payments are non-refundable
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before deletion. After deletion, your account data is no longer accessible through the platform, and if you later create a new account using the same personal or business information, you will not regain access to the deleted account data.
